First post

This 2013, round 1 I will be doing Michelle bridges 12wbt. I have been so focused on job and other things these last few years, I've forgotten to focus on myself. This round 1, I will follow mosh whole heartedly. I want to get back to where I was at before I moved some 6-7 years ago. This round I want to get back on my bike (literally, like my road bike). This blog is to log my journey with mish. This shot is of a spring pea risotto, which comes in at 322 calories. I just the myfitnesspal app on my phone to calculate the calories.
